How to Order

I am now able to take credit and debit card payments through paypal. For each item required, click on the "add to basket" next to the item and this will be added to the shopping cart. Once you have selected all the items you want, click on "view shopping cart" and complete checkout.

If you wish to pay by cheque, please print off the order form on the Catalogue page and send with the cheque made payable to "Stitch A Little"

I will try to post the order to you as soon as possible, but please bear with me if it takes a couple of weeks. If you don't receive your order within two weeks, please contact me.

Postage Rates

I am only able to post within the UK. Sorry to the rest of the world, but it is a stipulation of my Insurance Company.

All items will be sent recorded delivery.

Orders up to £19.99 please add £2.00

Orders from £20.00 to £49.99 please add £3.00

Orders over £50.00 are free

Terms and Conditions

	Refunds (or replacements) will be made on any item that is undelivered. Please contact me regarding this as items are sent Recorded Delivery so I can track them. Any item found to be defective will need to be returned for a refund or replacement of the item but not postage. However, any replacement item will be sent free of charge.
	Unwanted goods may be returned within 7 working days of receipt for a refund on the item but I will not refund the cost of any postage.
	Postage on returned items must be made Recorded Delivery for a refund or replacement to be given
	Stock Information will be kept up to date as far as possible. If any item is listed out of stock after placing an order, I will attempt to get the item from a supplier (although this may take longer than the usual delivery time) or offer you an alternative. If you are not satisfied with the alternative, then a full refund will be offered. This will be sorted out prior to posting any items.
	Delivery is usually within 7 to 14 days for all orders and all deliveries will be sent Recorded Delivery
	All items remain the property of Stitch A Little until full payment is received. An administration charge of £15 will be made for any returned cheques or payments
